Refund Policy

Recurring application charges are billed by Shopify using a fully automated system.

If you feel Shopify has made a charge in error, please have them contact us to confirm. We'll be happy to provide a full refund for the charge.

In all other cases, subscription fees are non-refundable; however, you may cancel your app subscription at any time by deleting the app or by downgrading to a free plan (when available).

The final charge for a cancelled subscription may appear on your next Shopify bill.
